Paralyzed Veterans of America advocates for accessible design before lawmakers on Capitol Hill, as well as in architecture and construction industries. Paralyzed Veterans is also a resource for people remodeling their homes or speaking out for their rights. By developing standards, offering design and technical assistance services, and advocating building code initiatives, PVA's Architecture program promotes accessible design everywhere.
Medical facilities, sports arenas, large-scale public projects and residential housing units benefit from the unique design knowledge of Paralyzed Veterans architects, who strive to enhance the quality of life for all people living with spinal cord injury.
